Could you please try to clear your website cache and see if the correct robots configuration will be applied to your categories?
Also, it would be nice to check if there are other plugins that are conflicting with Rank Math. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting method: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.
I’ve checked the category you have provided, and it is indeed still set to index upon editing the page. I’ve already set it to noindex
for you.
Please note that the option to noindex
the category in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post: Categories only applies to the new categories pages that you will create. This setting will work as default.
For your previous categories that were already created before modifying this setting, you may need to set them individually by editing them manually.
