Inaccurate number of pages

    Rank Math free

I have the free version of rank math currently. When I am looking at the analytics section of the dashboard the amount of total pages seems to be wildly off. From my understanding each number corresponds to a page/post and they’re merely groups together based on quality.

For instance it’s showing me that I have 110 post/pages that are “good”. The issue is that my site only has 120-ish pages (according to G. search console) and the number of pages that fall under “fair” is 165, which already completely outnumbers the amount of valid pages/posts my site has.

So I’m not sure if I’m making a mistake in interpreting the data, or if there is something wrong with my site, or that this is to do with rank math. The tooltips say that the number just corresponds to the posts, and everything I’ve looked at so far says the same. I’m confused why the numbers don’t add up.

    Thanks for the help!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the “Rebuild Index” button. Give it a couple of minutes to process and see if the numbers are updated correctly in the Site Analytics.
    rebuild

We are looking forward to helping you.

This has changed the numbers, how do I know when it is completely done? They still don’t match the amount that google tells me I have. Currently the total is 75, but in my google search console I have 113 valid pages. I’m not sure if they should match.
