If the title is now corrected on your post, please wait for Google to recrawl it and it should be updated on the SERP.

I’ve checked the page’s source code, and indeed the first character of the word untuk in your title is still capitalized.
Please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and check if the Capitalize Titles option is enabled:
