    Hello everybody,
    I would like to get more information from you after I have purchased the Rank Math Pro version, how I can transfer my new account, which was automatically created when my Pro version was purchased, to my free version account, in which I enter my desired username and uploaded my website, but the Pro version is not running.
    Can you help me with this?

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address or the username you used for the PRO version to process your merge request? You can add them in the sensitive data section

    the ticket – including the correct e-mail-adress – I wrote with my pro-account:

    Therefore the d**********@g******** account can be deleted after transfering the pro-status to l********@o**********.
