However, for initial troubleshooting, please head to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click these 2 buttons
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

I am using free, but evaluating for purchase (i just installed), as i have a site that needs SEO.
the site is: orderbooklive.com
I did select “Advanced” option, not the easy option.
I did click those 2 buttons, but still have the issue. SEO shows the construction page in the Advanced SEO preview, mobile snapshot, Basic – common keywords, H1 headings, etc, so it’s not updating, as the home page is entirely different.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I do have Search engine visibility, “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” turned on, as i’m in under construction.
I am using Buddy boss private network feature. There are 3 pages that are public, and the rest are private network (need to be logged in), but that doesn’t seem to have affected RankMath’s ability to see all the pages, etc. trying to help w/ diagnosis.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Upon clicking on the temporary login link, it takes to an account/membership page, and the WordPress admin dashboard isn’t accessible. Please have a look at the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

I was able to login into your website’s admin area and I found that the issues mentioned in the SEO Analysis actually exist on your website.
First of all, you have enabled the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” option from your website’s admin area > Settings > Reading. This option tells the search engines that you do not want the website to get indexed in the search results. Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
You can disable the above option to fix the issue.
Secondly, there are 21 pages, 1 post, and 4 products that are missing the Focus Keywords.
Please fix the issues mentioned in the SEO Analysis to pass the tests accordingly.

Thanks for looking at my site…
What i’m seeing is that the data that is referenced on the SEO Analysis is the data from the old “construction page”, and does not reflect that i have changed the home page.

I’ve cleared every cache i have, but cannot get RankMath to re-analyze the site, and reflect the current home page.

I submitted your homepage to our external SEO Analyzer and the updated page is showing up so it seems the issue only occurs on your dashboard’s SEO analysis.

I just checked it again. i cleared the SEO Analysis in tools, and then ran it again.
This time, it picked up the correct home page.. Yea!
There is still an issue with the “Mobile snapshot”; it is still showing “Coming Soon!” image, which is the construction page i had up.
However, everything else appears to be good to go.
Thanks for all the help… It was a good customer support experience, which means i’ll stick with RankMath, and most likely buy it soon to access the pro features.

The API we use to generate thumbnails (thumb.io) has a cache of its own. Unfortunately, we do not have control over that so you must allow it some time to clear and show the latest mobile snapshot.
