I updated the Rankmath plugin and my Page editor = Edit with Elementor no longer loads. When I disable Rankmath it loads fine. I don’t know what the problem is.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please check if your Elementor is also updated to the latest version? If so, please also check if you have any error messages captured on your website’s error log. You can get in touch with your web host for that.
Please also ask if your website’s PHP values are not too low to handle the processes. Here’s a list of recommended PHP values for your reference:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000I hope that helps.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I was not able to replicate your issue here. I have tried to edit the
Booking Formpage and it seems to be loading completely fine.As you can see from this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/asS4R7
Would you mind providing more information on how this is happening? Also, try to clear your cache and hard resetting your browser to see if this fixes the issue.
We are looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.Hi…can you try the Review Thank You page…it was definitely happening on that page for me.
Also, I think I’ve figured out it is happening on the No Index pages
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue. The edit with Elementor button appears on all the pages, even the ones that are marked as No Index.
Please have a look at the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket. In the screencast, I’ve also opened a No Index page in the visual builder of Elementor and the page loads properly.
If you’re still facing the issues, then please try clearing your web browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Thjat is not the issue…the button appears, that was not the problem. The page does not load for the No Indexy pages. That is the issue.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
I tried accessing your admin dashboard and the temporary login doesn’t seem to work anymore. Could you please renew it so we can further investigate the issue?
Also, if it still seems we am missing something, sharing a screencast (you may use https://loom.com) from your end would save us all the time in trying to replicate the issue.
We are looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello,

Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
The issue on those pages was an incorrect entry in the database related to the Schema applied. After removing the incorrect entries the pages are again loading fine in Elementor.
If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you Miguel, that has worked on the Review Thank You page!
Can I ask how to delete the incorrect entries myself please? Because it is still happening on The Garden page.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
In your database find the
wp_postmetatable and look for entries with a meta key ofrank_math_schema_, if you find an entry with that exact name that means its corrupt because the correct way to store that in the database would be with a meta key ofrank_math_schema_[schema_name].If you know the post/page that is causing this you can check the URL when editing to see the ID of that item and look specifically on that database table for that post/page and delete the corrupt entry from that item.
Hope this helps track down the issue and solve it.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.
Thank you Miguel, I have done that and found all the entries and deleted. Those pages now load.
Thank you very much for your help!
Kind regards,
Hiten
