As of now, it seems like only a handful of users are affected. We are unable to replicate this issue from our end but we have contacted Google about this and will have a fix very soon.
This is happening because the plugin outgrew our API requests and we have requested Google to increase the quota asap.
We should have a fix ready within this week and will release an update.
Again, extremely sorry for the issue you are facing and we seek your patience and understanding in this matter.

Same issue. Just opened RankMath, just set up Search Console and I’m getting the same message:
Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In.
I also get the same issue, I cannot connect my search console setting to the plugin, yet it is a vital part of the plugin to use search console, please give us a solution to fix this temporary disabled app issue.
Ola, tambem estou com o mesmo problema e nada de resolver, espero que arrumem logo para poder usar o plugin, caso nao consiga terei que ir para o Yoast que é uma decadencia.

I have the same issue. I was hoping this software would simplify my life. How long before there is a fix?
I got mine to work from doing the same thing through the search console section. It wouldn’t work in the setup wizard, but worked there.
