    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please confirm if you are using the correct Rank Math account (the paid one) to activate your website? If so, please make sure that the Rank Math plugins are in the latest version.

    Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Help and make sure the correct account is connected here.

    Also, I noticed the account you are using on this ticket is labeled as “Free”. Please create a new ticket using the paid account so we can prioritize your issue.

    Rank Math free

    Thank you for your response. I did find the plugin and uploaded it. I thought we had to keep the free one too, but I am not seeing changes with the rank math pro
    plugin. Is there a tutorial on how to implement the pro version

    Make sure you have both the version of Rank Math Free and Rank Math PRO installed on your website. Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Help and reconnect your account.
