On checking your site on the rich results I was able to replicate this issue. I went ahead and checked the page source of your site and noticed that the second article schema is not from Rank Math.
It is possible that this is coming from either your theme or another plugin. Also tried to troubleshoot your plugins to see what plugin or theme would be causing the issue but it was not possible.
You may want to check this via a staging site and get the culprit adding the extra schema. Next contact the theme/plugin author on how to have it disabled.
