You can modify the slug of your post using the Rank Math Permalink option in the meta snippet.

Changing the slug or permalink in the plugin’s meta snippet will, as a result, change the default slug of your WordPress post.

I’m not quite sure whether I fully understand your concern. But I’ll do my best, and please let me know if I misunderstood.
It seems that you wanted to add the post’s slug to your title.
In this case, you may need to type/paste the slug directly in the title since we don’t have a variable for the slugs. Here’s the list of our variables:

You can put there %title% - coronavirus-latest-update..
