Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
As per your screenshot, I tested the text block of Divi and it seems to be working fine on my end. Please have a look at this screencast for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/Q6WBuC
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
thank you very much for the really great and fast support. Your workaround was new for me but very useful. (:
The site is running “The Events Calendar” in the Pro version. For the Pro version, the Standard version must be installed. And the version 5.6 in the free version straddles here and causes the error.
Can you help me with this, or do I have to contact Tribe?
Many greetings,
Levent
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
If you’re certain that the issue is caused by “The Events Calendar” plugin, then I suggest you get in touch with the devs of that plugin as they might already have a solution for the issue and they would be in a better position to assist you regarding the issue.
Please let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
Well… I have written to the support of “The Events Calendar”. They are not to blame and don’t seem to want to adjust anything, as they claim that the error is with you. I am really disappointed that both sides are now blaming each other.
This is what they wrote to me:
While we strive to make sure all of our plugins are compatible with as many others as possible, we cannot guarantee compatibility with everything, and like I said we are having some issues with Divi as well.
Is there any possibility that you can not use the Divi Builder on pages with the calendar? You could also try reverting back to a previous version of the Events Calendar, but keeping it from updating can also be a bad thing.
Unfortunately at this point there is not a lot I can do for this, because of the conflict with a plugin that is not ours
So… my question… Is there any support from Rank Math or not? Because finally a rollback to version 1.0.62 brings relief. But with 1.0.63 I still have the problems.
Many greetings,
Levent
