Rank Math does not add the keywords to the page source since this feature has long been antiquated and search engines do not check keywords from the keyword tag.
If you have different reasons for including this tag, you can add it to the page source by registering the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:

*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/show_keywords', '__return_true');
