I use Deasil theme to insert contents. So how to use above methods ? where to put the code specified in the tutorials ?

This integration should be done at the theme level to allow Rank Math to be able to load the content which is being added using the theme’s page builder.
I would recommend that you reach out to the theme developer with the same information for the integration.
