I checked your robots.txt file and it seems fine. Could you please confirm whether you have a physical robots.txt file on your website’s root folder?
I tested the sitemaps using the Sitemap Validator tool and there were no issues found. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section.
The posts that you’ve provided in the sensitive data section are available in the sitemaps.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account and submit only the main sitemap (your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, then please disable any firewall plugin or the server’s firewall and then test again.

Thanks for the help, I will start working on the tips you gave me.
I also want to mention that three of my friends are having the same issues, they are using RankMath as well. Not sure if it’s related or anything but I think it’s worth mentioning.
