If it just an image/photo, it might be possible that any other plugin/theme is taking that image as a post, due to which Rank Math is showing to add those metrics for SEO purposes.

I just wanted to add that you can also record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

In my original post I showed a screenshot of the errors being given by Rank Math. The image is in the media library for the site. The are over 100 images in the media library and all give the same errors.
The errors are being shown against each of the images in the media library. I am not raising the question against in page use of an image.

Thank you for that clarification.
Rank Math’s SEO Meta box shouldn’t be showing in your image gallery, as those tests should show only upon editing your website’s pages.
As my colleague mentioned above, it might be possible that any other plugin or your active theme is taking your image gallery as a page. You’ll notice the URL as well the post=2365&action=edit that suggests you are editing a page.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I have started troubleshooting as advised and the only plugin enabled is RankMath and the errors are still shown.
The URL of the graphic as shown in the edit option is http://diveclub-kassandra.local/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/logo1.png
If, as you say, the errors should only be shown when viewing a page, then I shall just ignore them all and just concentrate on page errors.

You can either ignore the errors or you can also provide us with your website’s logins so that we can have a closer look. You can add the login details in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Thanks for getting back to us.
The attachment pages are no longer recommended to be indexed and as such no SEO has to be done directly on them. Check this article for further information: https://www.seoblog.com/wordpress-attachment-hurt-seo/
In the latest versions of our plugin, we no longer display the Rank Math SEO Metabox in the attachments but it seems there’s a bug on your installation that still shows the options to edit the SEO of those pages.
My recommendation is that you don’t worry about the SEO of those pages, since those files are only expected to show as content on your posts/pages and you should indeed work on the SEO of those pages/posts instead of the attachments themselves.
