We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your Website’s URL, WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thank you for the update.
I’ve tried updating your robots.txt in Rank Math > General Settings > Edit robots.txt, but it seems that it is working fine. I’ve added some text and remove them without getting any issue. I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section.
Could you please try clearing your website and browser’s cache then try again?
Please also confirm if I have missed some steps to replicate this issue.
