This might be due to a plugin conflict, most likely from a security plugin. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue still persists, you can also get in touch with your web host and check if you have a firewall that might block the process.

I’ve login to my host Cpanel and renamed the plugins folder. This means all Plugins on the website will be stopped. I checked back and the issue still persist.
I deactivated all plugins one at a time until the last plugin but still.
I have now deactivated the rank math plugin and continue with the Yoast SEO. But I will still give it another try on one of my blog websites.
