Rank Math would not disable automatically nor will it disable any other plugin on your website.
If your server values are low, please contact your hosting team and ask them to set the following values and check if the issue still persists:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120

The only thing I could See is it was my php which at the time was 7.1 I think and last night after talking to my web host I switched to 7.2 I believe which allowed Rankmath to work.
I know this had to be an automatic shut off though as I did not disable the plugin and no one else had access to my website. I’ll keep an eye on it but I wanted to make sure I stressed that as there might be a glitch that could affect others.

I am glad that upgrading your PHP resolved the issue, for now.
Do let us know if the issue does occur again. Although, you are still using a very low version of your PHP. Rank Math might still not work as expected in some areas. You may refer to this KB here: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/#php-version
