Hello on my website at helpingfido.com I enabled the auto redirect functionality and then changed all my poset permalinks. While the permalinks changed, the internal links in my site are all broken because there are no redirects working. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked and it seems like you have changed your permalink structure from year/month/date/postname to /postname/. The Auto Post Redirect option only works when you edit the URL slug of the posts, it doesn’t work when you change the permalink structure.
However, I went ahead and added a regex redirection rule in Rank Math > Redirections that will redirect all your old URLs to the new ones:
