On your site there are multiple product schemas are being applied. I checked in the troubleshooting mode and the issue is still present when only WooCommerce, Rank Math, and a default theme is activated. So this rules out a theme and plugin conflict.
To investigate further we will need the FTP access details. Please provide so we can check further and figure out what is causing this issue. Also as you are using the PRO version on your site and opened the ticket as a free user, can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the PRO version?

When doing a quick search for your products on Google I can clearly see that they do show up with the star ratings:

Having said that, I did notice that some of your products have duplicate Product schema. Please make sure that you only have a Product schema for each product to prevent any unwanted results in SERPs.
Regarding the issue with the preview not showing any code the call to that request is currently returning a 404 on your website and this could be caused by some conflicting plugins on your website. To test that please follow the steps in this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
This issue will not cause any issues with your rankings or how the schema is displayed in SERPs.
