meta description missing - Support

Hi,
When i put a meta description on the snippet it sometimes shows in the preview section but then disappears. Also if i enter a keyword it can show of disappear. They mainly show up on the seo section when looking at all pages but then i can open a page and they have gone again. I have tried looking in the global meta and even made the snippet option a 100 but still the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, I only have a few plug ins and i tried doing what was on the link but to be honest nearly every plug in made the snippet dissapear so i’m thinking its a set up issue somewhere else. Have you any other ideas of why the meta/snippets keep disappearing but when i open it up the wording is still there and if i click on it and just use the spacebar the meta appears again but can go at any time.
