1. Please note that Google has stopped recognizing meta keywords a long time back. They no longer work and that is why SEO plugins no longer add those to your posts/pages.
However, you can still add them using the following filter.

* Add <meta name="keywords" content="focus keywords">.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/show_keywords', '__return_true');
2. As for the missing og:meta tags. Do share a related link to the page so that I may have a closer look at the issue.
