The first step will be to remove the currently submitted sitemaps from your GSC.
Do you have any caching plugins on your site? If so please exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached:https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/ and clear your cache then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
3. Once this is done, check your sitemap again with the XML Validator Tool: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If it validates without any issue then head back to your GSC and resubmits ONLY your main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml)
That should fix the issue.
