Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The URL with /home was showing in the sitemap as your sitemap was cached. I have cleared the cache of the sitemap and excluded it from being cached by your caching plugin. Now it is showing the new URL.
