    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    This process may take some time. The usual time required to populate the data in the Analytics Dashboard is below 20 min. but the time may vary depending upon your server’s speed.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I logged into your website’s admin area and upon inspecting your site’s configuration, I found that there are some values that are too low and which you should increase. https://i.rankmath.com/z1myN2

    You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    PHP time limit: 120

    After clearing your website’s cache, I’ve Purged the Analytics Cache and Rebuilt index for Analytics. Further, I’ve deleted the previously imported data and started fresh data fetch. It may take some time to populate the data completely.

    This should fix the issue. If the issue occurs again, please feel free to reach out and we would further investigate the issue.
