issue in Sitemap submission

    Hi,

    Greeting of the Day, I’ve installed Yoast on my website but after few months I realized that it not working fine then a friend suggest the RANKMATH but I’m facing an issue while submitting my sitemap. It shows an error of “unsupported Format” What is the reason behind that?

    and how can I solve it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    After doing so, please visit your sitemap page and check if it’s working correctly: https://www.jbbatterychina.com/sitemap_index.xml

    You may also use this sitemap validator here: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html

    If the issue persists, please let us know and we will further investigate the issue.
