Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The canonical textbox should be empty as it is right now.
Rank Math adds a default canonical tag on each indexed page. I have checked the source code of your webpage and a canonical tag is present on the webpage.
I could see that the URL was last crawled on March 29, you could wait for the next crawl or request indexing for this page.
There is no need to worry about it.
Let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
We are here to help you.
Hi Anas,

Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
Upon checking your pages, the canonical URL is indeed visible if you head over to your page source as also seen by my colleague.
Can you please clear your website’s cache and let google recrawl your page again?
Also, upon further checking in your admin, I noticed if you switch to the default theme, the default canonical in the field’s placeholder will appear.
You can test this out by following this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thanks Jeremy for the help and suggestions. There may be issues with theme or plugin. I will look into it.
You may close this ticket and mark this as resolved.
Thanks and regards
