Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I tried to open your sitemaps but I was blocked by the Wordfence security plugin. As I was unable to open the sitemap, it is likely that Google is also seeing the same Wordfence page and thus giving the errors.
Please check the screenshot available in the sensitive data section.

I was able to check your sitemap and indeed it is working fine when loaded in the browser. I also tested it in a Sitemap XML validator and it returns no error as well.
Can you please make sure you have excluded your sitemap from caching? You may follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

We checked the validity of your sitemap, and it is already working fine.
If your sitemap URLs are not being discovered it possible that there are different versions of your website that are viewable in the browser.
It seems that you haven’t verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP) versions of your website.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:

Could you check if your sitemap here is being cached by Cloudflare? Just checked and you seem to be using Cloudflare CDN/proxies.
Please follow this guide on how to avoid this.
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/Also, note that Google allocates a crawl budget to every website and it stops crawling when it exhausts that budget. It is possible that Google hasn’t yet crawled your website and sitemap to find your site links.
You can as well confirm if the issue is really with the Rank Math sitemap by using a 3rd party sitemap plugin. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.
