Google Analytics Disconnecting

    Hi there, I had linked and verified google analytics for several of my websites using RankMath ages ago and all was working well. However, in recent times I have noticed that all of them appear to have disconnected from GA under the analytics tab. I have reconnected them but when I next go in they have disconnected again, why would this be happening? Also for one of them, I am trying to set up Tag Manager which isn’t working either, could there be something connected in RankMath preventing this from working?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you try re-installing Rank Math plugin and reconnect your Google Services? Do also make sure that your Rank Math is in the latest version.

    Note that re-installing the Rank Math plugin will not delete your settings data.

    If this doesn’t work, please check if there are other plugins or your current theme that is conflicting with Rank Math. You may check this troubleshooting guide to do so: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please let us know and we will further investigate.

    Hi there, OK so I have followed your suggestion for 2 of my websites, it worked well on one, it went green straight away and has remained green. The other however, is red http://www.whitbystudio.co.nz still has a red mark under analytics but I can’t see why. Do you know why?

    Are you using the Firefox browser by any chance? If so, please try clearing your website cache and reconnect your Rank Math and Google Account using a different browser like Google Chrome.

    If the issue still persists, please follow the steps in this link (you can disregard step 2 for the PRO version)
