    Kindly have tried to connect my account and it’s not connecting… If I use the dashboard after clicking connect it takes me back to Dashboard and if I try directly to connect once I open rank math is not completing… It returns a black page…

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello, although I tried 6, 7 different credit cards, I could not subscribe to PRO from your site with any of them.

    Hello,

    @mucipoz.com Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
