I’ve checked the link you have provided, and it is already set to index as well in the source code. It is also already included in your sitemap, and your robots.txt looks fine.
Please try removing all your sitemaps in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml then give Google some time to recrawl your website.
