Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
If you feel that the SEO Analysis is not giving the correct results, then please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then perform SEO analysis again.
Do note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
Please let us know how that goes.
Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for your reply. The website url: https://mckennamusicevents.com
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I tested your website using our External SEO Analyzer and I replicated the error of 2 H1
headings on your homepage. Upon inspecting the source of your website, I found that you do have 2 H1
tags on the homepage. Please see this screenshot for a quick reference and confirm it on your end: https://i.rankmath.com/tpvPe1
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Hi. Thank you for checking this. It may be that I’ve constructed a separate section for mobile view and designated an H1 tag there as well as on the desktop view section. I’ll remove it.
I followed the instructions for flushing SEO etc but still getting some references to images from the old site. I’ve had an issue with Pingdom and other speed test apps which have been including data from the previous site in the report. GT Metrix, however, don’t.
Could you, also, show me how to correct the ‘www and non-www versions not being redirected to the same site’ error?
The mobile snapshot is showing an out of date screenshot.
Apologies for all the requests.
Terence.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
You can compare the SEO Analysis data with our External SEO Analyzer and if both the results are same, then the error is present on the website. It is possible that some images (or links) still point towards your old website.
Please follow this tutorial guide for your website version issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-analysis/#www-canonicalization
Please let us know how that goes.
Thanks.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve run the external SEO Analyzer and got very different results, e.g. only one H1 tag and a higher score so maybe there is a problem with the installed plugin?
Terence.
It is still picking up the wrong mobile snapshot but perhaps that is unimportant.
Terence.
Hello,
It is possible that the SEO Analysis is not updating because of your website cache.
Please clear the SEO Analysis cache at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis
Then, clear your website cache and browser cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.
Let us know if the issue persists.
We are here to help.
All OK now.
Many thanks,
Terence.
