    Hello

Some of my posts/pages display my snippets in google search results but others don’t. Even when I am rank 1 for a search, the snippet is not showing in some cases.

How can I fix this? I’ve never had this problem before

    Thanks
    Joel

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.

I’ve checked the URLs you have provided, and indeed the meta descriptions are not showing. However, the meta description is already added to the page’s source code. You can also use this tool to check.

In this case, you must check if Google has seen the changes already or not. You can check this link for more information:

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.

Ok thanks, so if I understand right google will eventually show the meta info when they crawl my page again?

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

It should because the last snapshot of your page from Google is last March 23 and this snapshot doesn’t have any meta description.

Give Google a couple few days to recrawl your website and the description should show up in the SERP.

If not, do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
