Below is the sequence which Rank Math uses to generate the description:
1) The Description text added in the Description field
2) If text is not added in the Description field then the plugin will use excerpt/short description
3) If the short description field is also empty then plugin will use the value added in the Settings.
Kindly confirm your Description and Short description entries on your pages
If everything is well set, my suggestion would be to wait and Google will soon update the meta description on the cache index.

Well that’s what I don’t understand. I filled up title and meta description fields in every page Rank Math SEO Box. But if you check the website source code you can see the title and meta description I’ve written. It’s even possible to see the title and meta description in Google Search Console when you click on View Page inside Inspect URL option.
I mean that meta description is there, but it¡s not showing on Google results or SEO inspect services.

Since your SEO title and description already matches as seen in the HTML source code there is nothing to worry about. Google sometimes does not honor your titles and displays them as per their will.

Specifically, you might want to check the title Why the search result title might differ from the page's <title> tag

No this page builder should not cause a problem since search engines will typically check the meta tags already in place on your site’s <head> section and not the rest of the page content.

I don’t understand where is the problem. In Rank Math SEO Analysis report says the meta description is missing. But it isn’t!!

It is very odd. But I think I found the problem, not how to fix it but where is it.
Is the cache. When I clear the cache, description appears. I use totheweb.com to test the Title and Meta Description.
When the page is cached that`s what I see:

So the problem must be in my cache plugin or in the interaction with Rank Math.
I’m using Swift Performance. Any issues between Rank Math and Swift?
