    I cant see my purchase..can you help?
    Its saying I have a free version. I would appreciate your help.

    Could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    That should fix the issue.

    I will. Will that make it seen and active on your website? Because I don’t see anything in my account here on yoru website, yet as you can see, I paid for it on Jan 1st 2021

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section
