  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your link and something is causing your link to redirect multiple times. I also inspected your URL in the HTTPS Status checker and it returns an SSL error. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

Can you please contact your host and see if this SSL error is causing the redirect issue?

If the issue is not with SSL, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Thanks for providing the login details.

I was able to login to your WordPress admin area, and upon inspecting, I found that you have set redirection of posts to themselves. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

I also noticed that you’ve created many redirections that might not be required. You should only create redirections when it is necessary.

As I temporarily deactivated the redirection, the “too many redirections” error was gone and your post loaded without any issues.

Please see the screenshots and screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

You can remove the unwanted redirections to fix the issue.

For more details regarding redirections, please refer to the below tutorial guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/setting-up-redirections/

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
