Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the score in the editor and in the list view (WordPress dashboard)?
If so, Rank Math runs the tests when you are editing the post or when the post edit screen is open. When you hit the save button, that score gets propagated to the post-list view. When you open the post again a few days later, the score will get calculated again as soon as you open the post.
If that didn’t help, could you please provide a screenshot using this tool or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
