wrong email address

    I bought RankMath pro with a different email address than I use for my RankMath account. I installed the plugin and now I have two RankMath Accounts. How do I fix this?

    My account login email address is t********@g********

    I bought RankMath pro with c************@i*********

    Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.

    It seems that you are already using your PRO account upon replying to this ticket. Could you please confirm if you wanted to merge your two accounts?

    However, if you wanted to use your PRO account, please follow these steps to reconnect your website and download the PRO plugin:

    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/​
    member area

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math account

    3. Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    and ensure that you are using the latest built:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    4.You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
