Hi I tried this and it didn’t work, I can’t code so not sure if that’s my fault.
I tried it after the ?> and it added the URL you gave me to the top of the WP dashboard. but didn’t disable RM in the sidebar.
I also tried adding it before ?> and it wouldn’t save and I got the warning that something went wrong.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Okay thanks for your help. I’m really not comfortable giving out login details. It’s not that important, was just a preference to take RM out of the sidebar.
