    Hi, we have activated the google analytics option with the rank math plugin and we have made the configuration with our google account with permissions to Google Analytics, but google analytics has stopped receiving data from web visitors.

    We are not working with G4 but with a universal GA account.

    We have tried to deactivate and reactivate the account. We’ve also cleared old analytics data, but GA still doesn’t show any visits.

    We do not see it save the account, ownership and view of the GA web that we have selected. Attached image and code for your review. If you need access to the web, please comment.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process and that should resolve the issue.

    If you are saving the Analytics settings in Firefox or Safari, please try saving it in Chrome.

    Great, the issue has been solved. I have followed your instructions but I still had the same problem. Finally, I have seen that you commented that there could be problems with Firefox and Safari. So instead of Safari I have done the configuration from google chrome and it has worked. It seems that with Safari the configuration does not work well.
