Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you for your reply. After checking with Troubleshooting, the problem was not related to my theme or other plugins. But after reconnecting RM with Google Analytics the error has apparently disappeared.
So I mark this as solved. Thanks again.
Simon
Hmm.. the error returns.
Apparently the error only occurs when I view the second page of the “Pages”/”Sider” overview (https://www.io-te.dk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&paged=2)
These pages include our frontpage “Velkommen til io” and I think it might be the cause of the problem.
Right now our front page won’t open in the standard WP-editor now – hence I can’t edit Rank Math info either. We get an error message .
However, I have no problems editing the page with Elementor.
I tried the health check and troubleshooting and the error occurs even with TwentyTwenty theme active and no other plugin installed except for Rank Math and Query Monitor.
Kind regards,
Simon

Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Your early suspicions were correct and the corrupt homepage is causing this issue. We were not able to identify why exactly the page became corrupt and only opens with Elementor.
I would recommend that you duplicate that page and then set the new copy as the homepage and see if the issue is fixed that way.
Also, although this shows as a PHP error is really notice and your website will still run fine.
Hope this helps solve your issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.
Thanks for taking a look.
Yes, there is a conflict between the homepage and Rank Math apparently. When I disable RM, I have no problem opening the homepage in the standard WP editor.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t help duplicating the page – the error persists as long as RM is activated.
So I guess I have to duplicate the page content to a fresh blank page, and then add RM info anew. Strange what might be the cause of this…

Hello,
We are asking our dev. team to check and offer a better explanation.
We will get back to you on that ASAP.
In the meantime, please use the Classic Editor if you want.
Hello,
The schema on your homepage was invalid due to which the schema function in Analytics was throwing an error. I logged into your site and removed the schema from the homepage. That has fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?
I hope that helps.
Yes, that fixed the issue related to the front page. Thank you!
However, now it isn’t possible to connect RM with Analytics… tried to do so several times through “Connect Google Services”.
Any ideas about how I can connect RM with GA again – and preferably the Schema function too?
Kind regards,
Simon
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that it is already connected to your Google account. Could you please share if you’re getting any error messages or difficulties with Google Analytics?
For the schema, I’ve checked your homepage and it doesn’t contain any schema. Please see the attached screenshots in the sensitive data section.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Thank you very much. Everything works fine now. Will mark this as resolved.
Kind regards,
Simon
