You should be able to import these while running through the Rank Math Setup wizard upon installation. However, since you mentioned that the meta data were not imported, could you please try importing again by heading to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export under the plugin import section?
Running this should import all your SEO data from your existing SEO plugins.
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Thank you for getting back to me so fast. After a few tries, I was able to import the data that was created with the 3.x version of AIO. I spoke to another Rank Math support person and learned that 4.x versions of that plugin don’t work well with import. We were able to manually update the rest of the missing meta. I’ve only run into this issue with AIO SEO plugin, which was thankfully only used on one of my client’s sites. Thanks again!
