Could you please confirm whether you are trying to register a new account in Rank Math? If yes, then please make sure that you don’t already have an account with the same email ID.
If that’s not the case, then there could have been an issue when you tried.
Please open a new tab and perform a hard refresh or try in an incognito window.
Hard Referesh method:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
