Could you please confirm how are you adding these comment-subscriptions pages? Are you using any plugin to generate them as I’ve noticed there’s no edit page option in your screencast? It seems like they are auto-generated when subscribed to your website.

yes, they are auto generated by my comments plugin “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded”. I think it is fine, as I guess it is not error, as the tool is telling me that these pages have no index tag, which is exactly I would like them to be

Indeed, since these pages are auto-generated from the subscription of your service, you don’t want them to be indexed or follow. So the audit you’re seeing in your site audit using ahrefs is a false positive report.

no thats fine, it was just a warning from Ahrefs to confirm if I am intentionally making it no index or otherwise, yes issue is clear and solved.
