Could you please also share the affected URL and the AMP plugin you are using to further investigate this issue? If you are using the AMP for WP plugin, please choose Rank Math from the dropdown at WordPress Dashboard > AMP > Settings > SEO.
If you are using any other AMP plugin, please enable the Rank Math AMP module at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
However, have you also tried validating it using Google’s AMP Test tool?

I am using https://wordpress.org/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/ this amp plugin. And the amp section on my website is already activated on rank math. There are 88 pages that have problems with the “link rel=canonical duplicated” issue.

Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve tried checking your site and some of your posts, and it seems that they don’t contain any duplicate canonical URLs as well in their source code. I’ve also tested the URLs in Google’s AMP Test tool, and they’re working fine.
Could you please try clearing your AMP Cache and check again in your Google Search Console?
If the issue persists, please also add some affected URLs as I’ve tested this URL on my end and it works fine.
