You should also exclude your sitemap if you’re using a CDN for your latest changes or posts to be reflected as well in SERPs.
Please add this to the exclusion list (if not yet):
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
That should prevent sitemap files from being cached.

To verify that your sitemap is not cached, open the sitemap URL in Chrome, head over to the developer tool > Network Tab > Click on sitemap URL > Check cache-control:
I have checked your sitemap it is not getting cached.
