It seems that you’re getting this report from Lighthouse. From their documentation, they mentioned that:
Adding rel=”noopener” or rel=”noreferrer” to your target=”_blank” links avoids these issues.
I’ve checked the URL you have provided, and it seems that your external links have already that code. (Please correct me if I’m wrong)
However, to add the rel=noreferrer and rel=noopener, you can set your external links to Open in new tab option in WordPress. Here’s a screencast you can follow:
