We can’t run the SEO Analyses of Rankmath; we get the api error: http 400 error. The website is throwing a 200 status and I asked my webhosting provider to check. Everything is okay. Perhaps the problem is caused by plugin cleantalk. How do we solve this?

    Our website is http://www.eventsincompany.nl

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

You should ensure your web server is not blocking access to our API.

Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

In clean talk we added the IP address under Spamfirewall. Is that okay or do we also have to add it under Antispam? The user agent Rankmath is not listed under the whitelist by default (Spamfirewall). How do we add Rankmath?

    Hello

Thank you for getting back to us.

Upon conducting some simple research on this, it would seem like you have to contact the devs team at Spamfirewall in order to add the blocked IPs to the exclusion list.

One of the similar problems to this can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cleantalk-how-to-whitelist-an-ip-address/

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
