It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process and that should resolve the issue.

I havent received a recovery email from the website, is there anyway to recover this website short of filesystem and database restores? I have access to cpanel on the webserver
OK, I used cpanel renamed the rank-math folder appending -disabled to the folder name, which disabled rankmath. I think I am done with this plugin, for the night and maybe permanently

I think I know what the problem is, the installer is assuming that it can create new tables for scheduling in the WordPress, which is a pretty bad assumption. The database user doesn’t have create rights, it’s actually a recommendation of WordPress to harden the product to only allow select, update, delete, insert rights.
Not that I want to cast any dispersions, but I am not sure the installer is ‘catching’ cannot create table errors.

When you first install your WordPress website you need to give it permissions to create the tables in the database by editing the wp-config.php file with your database credentials, if you remove the details from that file your installation will simply not run. So, every installation of WordPress has the correct permissions to create database tables.
This error is caused by some missing database tables related to the ActionScheduler plugin that now comes built into WordPress, but that was not the case a couple of versions ago.
Following the steps my colleague provided should fix this issue. However, if you are having trouble applying the fix correctly we can help you if you provide us with some WordPress & FTP credentials so we can apply the fix on your website.
