Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

We’ve seen similar issues with users using the Persian Date plugin, but that was a long time ago and we’ve increased compatibility with the Persian Date plugin.

Could you please confirm whether you performed the plugin-theme conflict test that I suggested to you above in this ticket? If yes, then please tell us what was the outcome of the test.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
